Though a school can do a lot for children, it can't do everything. Home is place where they get their first education and training in citizenship. It is the chief place where their character is formed and developed. School education indeed promotes the growth of personality by helping them to discover and develop the qualities that are in the children. In order to secure all that is best in the education of your child, maximum co-operation between the parents, teachers and the school authorities necessary.
The task of helping children to become good citizens is done better through a kind of partnership between the school and parents.
1. The school authorities expect the co-operation of the parents/guardians in maintaining regularity, discipline and study habits in the children. It is desirable that the parents visit the school and meet the teachers at least once in the month on saturdays.
2. Communicate promptly the reasons for your child's absence or leave.
3. Kindly check regularly the "Hand Book / My Progress" for any remarks regarding neatness, discipline, behaviour, homeworks etc.
4. Kindly check the student's hand book daily for reports. If found, sign it and take the necessary action.
5. Do not disturb the teachers or pupils by visits during the class hours. Visits may conveniently be done with the previous permission of the principal before or after the class.
6. Any observations or complaints should be done directly to the principal.
7. Answer papers of the annual examinations will not be shown to the parent/student.
8. Every parent must attend the parent-teacher meeting after every exams to know the progress of their child.
9. Progress report must be duly signed by the parents and entrusted to class teacher.
10. Admissions and promotions of a child / student will be completely at the discretion of the management.
11. Parents/guardians are requested to co-operate with the school authorities:
a) By urging their children to be regular and punctual in attendence.
b) By insisting on neatness and cleanliness in the text book, exercise books and personal appearance of their wards.
c) By attending parent-teacher meeting organised by the school authorities to discuss the progress and performance or the behaviour and character of their wards.
